1) Domestic cast film production lines can be classified by film width into: 2500mm, 3000mm, 3500mm, and 5000mm models; and by extruder configuration into: 3-layer, 5-layer, and 7-layer types.
2) Domestic cast film production lines mainly consist of five major parts: the extrusion section, casting section, corona treatment section, winding section, and electrical control section. Among these, the die section and the extrusion section can be freely combined according to customer requirements, thus maximally meeting the diverse needs of a wide range of customers and markets.
3) In addition, domestic equipment also follows internationally advanced standards in design, for example:
A. The unique back-pressure device design allows for free adjustment of the extruder pressure.
B. The unique screw channel design enables compatibility with different materials, realizing multi-purpose use of a single machine.
C. The roller channel design provides better cooling effects, more stable product quality, and higher output.
D. The line speed of domestic cast film production lines has reached a level of 160 m/min to 250 m/min.
4) Compared with imported equipment, domestic cast film production lines equally feature high speed, stable performance, environmental friendliness, and energy efficiency. The product thickness ranges from 0.017mm to 0.08mm (with 0.025mm used as the international standard for calculation).
